Compensation: $200,000 – $270,000 DOE + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician for a full-time leadership opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This position combines direct patient care with medical directorship responsibilities, offering an excellent balance of clinical practice and program leadership.
Role Highlights

Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours

No primary night call (hospitalist/IM team handles admissions)

Collaborative environment with primary care, advanced practice clinicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists

Medical directorship responsibilities with opportunities to influence quality initiatives and patient outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive rehabilitation medicine services including spasticity and pain management, adaptive device prescriptions, and functional goal-setting

Reduce reliance on opioids through alternative modalities and medication approaches

Lead and participate in medical directorship meetings

Educate clinical staff on rehabilitation processes and best practices

Oversee and advance program quality metrics and clinical initiatives
Qualifications

Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation required

Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

Previous medical directorship or rehab leadership experience preferred
