We're currently seeking PM&R locum coverage in Fort Collins.

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado

Start Date: Approx. November 21 (if credentialing starts by end of July)

Schedule:

Workdays: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Occasional weekend call (every 4th–7th weekend, flexible)
-
Day shift: 7 AM – 5 PM
-
Night call: 5 PM – 7 AM (low census, minimal callbacks)

Caseload:
-
100% adult inpatient
-
CNS Rehab: 50%
-
Sports/Ortho Rehab: 33%
-
Medical Rehab: 17%
-
Avg. 14 patients/day
-
-
Team:
-
7 PM&R physicians in group
-
No other PM&Rs during locum coverage
-
No supervision required
-
-
Facility:
-
14 exam rooms
-
Onsite X-ray
-
Epic EMR system
-
-
Hospital:
-
300 beds total
-
Trauma Level III
-
Transfers from hospitals 13 and 28 miles away

Required Procedures: Inpatient rehab (Sub-acute facility)
