Practice Highlights:
* Join a multidisciplinary Neuroscience Center with Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Medicine, and PM\&R all co-located
* PM\&R department includes:
* 4 Musculoskeletal PM\&R Physicians
* 3 Neurorehabilitation PM\&R Physicians (recruiting a 4th)
* 1 Pediatric PM\&R Physician
* 4 Inpatient PM\&R Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
* 3 Outpatient MSK PM\&R APCs
* 5 Neuropsychologists
* 3 Chiropractors
Inpatient Practice:
* Newly renovated 20-bed inpatient rehab unit
* Inpatient team includes 4 physicians and 4 dedicated APCs
* Call coverage (nights, weekends, holidays) is fully managed by APCs
* Strong hospitalist support for medically complex patients
Outpatient Practice:
* Focus on neurological rehabilitation, including:
* Stroke (CVA)
* Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
* Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
* Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
* Concussion management
* Spasticity treatment including Botox and intrathecal baclofen pump management
* Optional MSK component available
* Opportunities for procedural work:
* EMG
* Botox injections
* Trigger point injections and nerve blocks
Health System Highlights:
* 325-bed Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center
* Ground and air transport services (2 helicopters + ambulance fleet)
* Serves a 22-county region across three states
* Includes 6 critical access hospitals and over 65 regional clinics
