Location: South Burlington, VT
Schedule: Two full-day clinic sessions/week, three weeks per month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Weekends: No call required
Duration: August 4 – December 31, 2025 (with potential to extend)
Setting: Outpatient Clinic – Physiatry Program

Position Highlights
Role: Outpatient provider managing spasticity with botox treatments
Responsibilities include:
Providing care to spasticity patients via botox injections
Managing a full clinic schedule with support from RN and MA staff
Participating in 2 clinic days per week, 3 weeks per month
Practicing independently with no supervision responsibilities
Flexible scheduling (AM/PM availability most weekdays)

Requirements
Experience: Prior experience with botox treatment for spasticity required
Preferred: Physiatrist, Neurologist, or Anesthesiology-trained Pain Physician
Licensure/Certifications:
Board Certified in appropriate specialty
BLS certification
Active VT license or IMLC accepted
EMG experience a plus (not required)
EMR: Epic
