Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physiatrist to join our team at Physicians' Practice Enhancement, LLC. In this role, you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients, contributing to their recovery and overall well-being. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing our patient-centered approach within our hospital partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or impairments.
Develop individualized rehabilitation plans to improve patient function and quality of life.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Perform procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment as needed.
Oversee the use of neonatal ventilators and ensure proper ventilation techniques are applied.
Conduct triage assessments in critical care settings to prioritize patient needs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Qualifications
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is required.
Experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of critical care practices and public health principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments such as emergency rooms or intensive care units.
