Assume a strong leadership position as Medical Director and Chief Quality Officer for a rehabilitation institute with clinical duties primarily in Spinal Cord Injury (SCI). If you're a visionary leader with a passion for advancing rehabilitation care and elevating the already successful program into the elite nationally, then this opportunity is for you.

This client remains focused on providing an excellent work/life balance for its clinicians, while in growth mode and adding a PM&R residency program in 2027!

Position Highlights

  • Leadership: Medical Director and Chief Quality Officer of a large rehab institute
  • Clinical Load: Work with 10-12 inpatients daily on the SCI service as consultant, with hospitalists managing the medicine and call
  • Collaborative Consults Available: Provide SCI consults with our Level I Trauma Center
  • Collaborate in program development, community awareness, and cooperative clinical research.

Why Join This Practice?

This health system is dedicated to building a nationally recognized rehabilitation program, and SCI can help lead that path upward. They are looking for a leader who can help an already strong rehab team take their program to the next level by creating a large presence within the hospital and system, expanding services, and driving innovation.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A motivated leader with a vision for growth.
  • Great communicator and collaborator from C-suite to clinicians
  • SCI Fellowship or significant experience in SCI, with a strong interest in program development.
  • Ready to collaborate with a talented team and make an impact at both the local and national levels.
