The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) is seeking a 0.8 FTE BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon desiring a non-surgical practice or a Sports Medicine trained physician to join our team in Roseville, CA. The position is clinic-based and offers non-surgical fracture and musculoskeletal care. The position does not include call responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the care of fractures and other acute injuries. However, subspecialty interests are welcome and there is some opportunity to tailor the candidate’s practice to those interests. The Orthopedic Surgery Department is a busy and collegial department with 3 other non-operative physicians, 16 Orthopedic Surgeons, 10 Podiatrists, 13 Physician Assistants, and 4 Wound Nurses. The department has x-ray, ultrasound, fluoro, cast rooms, and therapy on site.

Full-time annual salary range is $283,080 to $295,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $19,000*.
Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
