PM&R Physician (Physiatrist) – South Texas

We’re looking for an experienced PM&R Physician to join our multidisciplinary team and lead comprehensive rehabilitation programs that help patients regain function and improve their quality of life.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide direct patient care, guide recovery plans, and collaborate with a talented team of therapists and medical professionals dedicated to excellence in rehabilitative medicine.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct telemedicine and in-person consultations with patients.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient conditions through examinations and diagnostic testing.

  • Develop and oversee rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries and other complex injuries.

  • Supervise therapy teams including physical, occupational, and speech therapists to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled in trigger point and Botox injections (for headaches and related conditions).

  • Experience with PRP and other regenerative medicine techniques.

  • Expertise in acute and chronic pain management, including medication management, nerve blocks, and rehabilitative therapies.

  • Willingness to travel to clinic locations across South Texas as needed.
