We are inviting PM&R physicians to join a team of dedicated professionals with a commitment to quality care. This is a rapidly growing physician-owned practice with a solid reputation currently seeking physicians for locations in Loveland, Greeley, and Longmont.
Practice Details
- Providers round on patients in Skilled Nursing Faciltites and Long Term Care Centers
- Monday through Friday with some flexibility
- Team approach coordinating with primary care, geriatric care, specialists, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
- Clinical Triage manages on-call responsibilities from facilities 7 days a week
- Group utilizes smart technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into EHR
- Guaranteed base salary along with bonus incentives and a full complement of benefits
- Potential for leadership as a site Medical Director
