Envision is hiring a part-time or full-time Pediatric Hospitalist to join our dynamic team of providers at Medical City Dallas Children's Hospital. This is a great early career opportunity for Pediatric Residents (especially those considering a PHM fellowship) or for experienced Pediatricians/Hospitalists looking for productive work. Position Profile: PHM fellowship welcome, but not required Daily census: 20-30 shared by two physicians + APP in summer months and 30-50 by three physicians + APP in winter months Physician 12-hours day shift covering unit across physicians from 6a to 7p Full-time 120 hours/month (additional shifts if available/desired) Team participates in rotation of paid home-based support night call to APP team Outstanding pediatric subspecialty support; 24/7 in-house specialists in PED, PICU and CVICU Meditech EMR Competitive compensation and full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K with company contribution and CME allowance H1B Visa Sponsorship, if needed
