Job description
An established, independent healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Pediatrician to join its growing Women's and Children's team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative group of physicians and advanced practice providers in a supportive clinical environment while enjoying an outstanding quality of life in a scenic, close-knit community.
New graduates are welcome and will receive support as they transition into practice.
Position Highlights
- Competitive compensation: $305,000+ total compensation opportunity
- RVU incentives: Additional production-based bonus opportunity
- Quality incentives: Up to $30,000 annually
- Commencement bonus: $40,000
- Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
- CME: $8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions, plus paid CME time
- Student loan assistance available

Practice & Facility
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Established practice with a collaborative team of four physicians and one nurse practitioner.
- Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home.
- Average patient volume of 15–20 per day.
- Scribe support available for providers averaging 15+ patients per day.
- On-site behavioral health and laboratory services.
- Dedicated 1:1 medical support staff.
- EPIC electronic health records
