Job description
Locum tenens opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Pediatrician at a UCLA-affiliated community clinic in Venice, CA. Outpatient primary care with no call and a robust support team.
- Outpatient clinic network with 11 main sites across the LA area near Venice Beach
- Home base at 1-2 clinic locations within a reasonable commute
- Average of 18 patients per day across pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations
- Medical assistants, RNs, LVNs and on-site behavioral health at each site
- Epic charting; credentialing in approximately 12-14 weeks
Job Responsibilities
• See an average of 18 patients per day
• Work alongside robust support staff including medical assistants, RNs, LVNs and on-site behavioral health
• Spanish-speaking provider strongly preferred
Qualifications
• Active California license required (unable to license)
• DEA and California CSR required
• BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Epic charting experience required
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred; clean malpractice background
