• Primary care and acute care visits
• Each pediatrician manages their own panel of patients
• Typical work week: 4.5 days with equal rotation of nights, weekends, and holidays
• Typical patient volume: approximately 20 patients per full day

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics
• Ability to obtain Maryland medical license, CDS license, and DEA license
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
