Pediatrics Opportunity Location: Kankakee, Illinois • Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrics Physician to join an established and rapidly growing outpatient practice. • Located in Bourbonnais, approximately one hour south of Chicago. • Health system-employed position with an opportunity to improve patient access and support continued practice growth. Compensation & Incentives • Guaranteed base salary of $280,000+ annually, based on experience. • Commencement bonus. • Retention bonuses in Years 2, 3, and 4. • Additional incentive compensation available through RVU production. Practice & Schedule • Outpatient pediatric practice. • Average of 16–22 patients per day. • Minimal weekday call. • Rotating weekend call schedule from home. • Join a team that includes one pediatrician who can provide mentorship. • Uses Epic EHR with AI-powered DAX scribe technology.
