Pediatric Medical Director - Orange County, CA
- FQHC is looking for a BE/BC a Pediatrician to serve as Medical Director
- Salary range: 234-280k
- Small team structure featuring 3 direct reports, including 1 experienced pediatrician and 2 long-term nurse practitioners
- Option for 4-day work week if desired but must work 32-40 hours/week
- Work one Saturday per month with a corresponding weekday off during that same week
- Includes 0.5 day per week of protected administrative time, with potential for expansion as the practice grows
- Light patient volume ranging from 10 to 15 patients per day
- Requires at least 3 years of post-residency practice experience
- Bilingual skills in Spanish helpful but not required
- EMR: EPIC
