Located in Morris, IL – Joliet 30m; Naperville 45m; Chicago 60m

Seeking BC/BE Pediatrician
No J-1 or H-1B visa support
Overview:
* Flexible 36-hour workweek in the office, including at least one evening
* Step into an established pediatric practice with growing patient volumes
* Approximately 85% outpatient and 15% inpatient
* Join an established, collaborative team of Pediatricians and APPs
* Outpatient practice locations throughout the surrounding region
* 1:6 call at one hospital
* $650/day stipend for high-risk call coverage
* Pediatricians required to respond within 30 minutes while on call
* Level II Perinatal Center with a dedicated OR, 8 LDRP rooms, and 4 NST/Triage rooms
* Approximately 600 births annually
* Strong volume of high-risk pregnancies
* Tertiary affiliation with a major academic medical center for mothers and babies requiring higher levels of care
* Established Maternal-Fetal Medicine referral relationships
* Experienced practice management and strong clinical and non-clinical support

Comp/Benefits:
* $240,000–$290,000 base salary with additional production and quality incentives available from the start
