Seeking Pediatric Hematologist
Overview:
* Join an established Pediatric Hematology program focused on hemophilia, bleeding and clotting disorders
* Practice within a federally designated Pediatric Hemophilia Treatment Center integrated with an adult Classical Hematology program to provide lifespan care
* Pediatric program includes 6 physicians and 5 APPs
* Multidisciplinary team includes certified Pediatric Hematology/Oncology nurses, clinical research associates, a clinical pharmacist, social workers and child life specialists
* Comprehensive Hemophilia Care Clinic provides additional physical therapy, pharmacy, social work, genetic counseling and nurse navigator support
* Dedicated Hemophilia Transition Clinic supports patients transitioning from pediatric to adult care
* Pediatric Hemophilia program recognized by the CDC as a hemophilia care Center of Excellence
* Inpatient Pediatric Hematology services supported by extensive pediatric subspecialty resources
* Access to Pediatric Intensive Care and a dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department
* Recently renovated outpatient clinic designed to support multidisciplinary care
* Level IV NICU available for the highest level of neonatal care
