Job Details:
Locum Tenens position providing pediatric physician coverageDepartment capacity of 15 beds with approximately 7 patient encounters per shift
Board certification required with minimum board certification eligibility accepted
Trauma Level 3 facility with Pediatric Level 1 designation
Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
Non-invasive ventilation management (neo-puff) required
Newborn ventilation management for acute cases required
Endotracheal/nasotracheal intubation for newborns required
Umbilical venous catheter (UVC) and umbilical arterial catheter (UAC) placement required
Needle pneumothorax decompression required
Chest tube insertion preferred
Suturing of minor lacerations preferred
Circumcision preferred
