Pediatrics opening - Muscatine, IA Moline from 25m ### The Opportunity Seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician to join an established and well-known clinic in Muscatine, IA. - Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $225,000 – $320,000 with ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program

- Full-time with dedicated administrative time and flexible scheduling
- 4.5-day work week
- Average 18 patients per day; no nights or weekends
- Dedicated roomer, shared phone nurse, attached to the hospital with lab and X-ray
- Office services and procedures: cryotherapy, ear flush, and open to additional procedures
- Fully integrated EPIC EMR across clinics and hospitals
