4-Day Workweek – North Georgia Pediatrician Job – $215K–$225K + Bonus

• Join a growing, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

• Seeking a mission-oriented physician committed to providing compassionate, accessible care to children and families

• Collaborative, team-based environment with physicians, behavioral health providers, advanced practitioners, and clinical support staff

• Patient volume: Approximately 20–22 patients per day

• Provide preventive pediatric care, well-child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic conditions

• Four-day clinical workweek

• Nine hours of direct patient care per clinical day, plus four hours of charting time weekly that may be completed in the office or remotely

• Office closes for one hour at lunch

• No scheduled evening or weekend clinic hours; major holidays off

• Shared phone-only call, approximately one week every five to six weeks

• Supervise 1–3 APRNs

• Strong administrative and clinical support

• Active Georgia medical license required

• Current DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification required

• Completion of an accredited pediatrics residency required
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred, not required

• Base salary: $215,000–$225,000 annually
