Pediatrician
Phenix City, AL
We’re hiring a Pediatrician who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care in a supportive, physician-led environment.
You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care for pediatric patients. You’ll have full clinical support while providing oversight and chart review for 1–2 Physician Assistants within an established primary care group.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Limited phone-only call shared among a rotating provider pool
• Approximately 30 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $190,000–$220,000 plus RVU bonuses
• Health insurance: Employer pays 80%
• Dental & vision insurance
• PTO: 3 weeks of vacation

• CME allowance plus paid CME time
• Student loan repayment up to $75,000
