Shift Schedule:
- Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Clinic
- Weekday Call: Monday Friday, 5:00 PM 8:00 AM

Weekend On-call: 24 hours coverage
- One physician will be on call at a time, with call coverage split between the two physicians.
How many shifts needed per month: Monday Friday clinic coverage; shared weekday call schedule
License: Active and unrestricted medical license
Certifications: BLS and PALS
Experience needed: Not specified
Special Skills needed:
- Strong pediatric clinical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to provide comprehensive pediatric care
- Excellent communication and patient/family interaction skills
- Ability to manage routine and acute pediatric conditions
- Comfortable participating in shared weekday call coverage
Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 8 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients.
- Perform routine pediatric examinations, well-child visits, and preventive care.
- Manage acute illnesses and common pediatric conditions.
- Develop and communicate appropriate treatment plans to patients and families.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Participate in the shared weekday on-call schedule.
