Job Summary

We are seeking a Pediatrician who will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services to pediatric patients, with a strong focus on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and health education. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of clinical cases, promote overall wellness, and coordinate care through referrals when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

· Patient Care & Clinical Duties

· Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services

· Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

· Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and preventive care

· Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

· Follow established clinical protocols and quality standards

· Participate in on-call rotation as assigned

Quality & Compliance

· Adhere to all clinical guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews

· Ensure accurate documentation for billing and compliance

· Community Engagement

· Support community health initiatives and outreach programs

· Participate in health education events and local activities as needed

Requirements

· MD or DO from an accredited medical school

· Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program

· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

· Active Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)

· Valid DEA License & Current BLS certification

· Basic computer proficiency and EMR experience
