Assignment Length: October 2-4, October 19, and October 22-25, 2026
Patient Volume: Approximately 1 newborn delivery per day; low inpatient census
EMR: Epic
Requirements: BLS and PALS certifications
Core Skills: Newborn care, nursery coverage, attendance at C-sections when requested
Setting: Community hospital pediatric and newborn coverage
Support: OB team support for deliveries
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a)
Credentialing: Expedited candidates preferred
Call Details: Pediatric call coverage only; no ER backup and no ICU/critical care responsibilities
