Healthcare United is seeking a BC/BE pediatrician for a permanent opportunity in northwestern Illinois. The role offers $265,000–$322,000 plus a production bonus and is more than 95% outpatient. The practice supports a Level II nursery, approximately 550 annual births, and a collaborative team of one physician and two nurse practitioners.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform newborn rounding and nursery duties
• Manage a panel of up to 2,000 patients
• Coordinate care with pediatric nurse practitioners
Qualifications
• Illinois license or eligibility
• Strong outpatient and newborn-care skills
Working Hours
• 1:3 call
• Up to 30 patients daily
• More than 95% outpatient
