• 📍 Location: Near Temecula, CA
• 💰 Pay: $250,000–$285,000/year DOE
• 🏥 Outpatient Primary & Urgent Care
  
• 🕐 Full-Time | Day Shift
• 👥 Average 12–14 Patients per 8-Hour Shift
• ⏱️ 30-Min Routine Visits | 60-Min Well-Child/New Patient Visits
• 📞 After-Hours Call Rotation Approximately Every 3 Months
• 🚗 Travel Between Clinics as Needed
• 🛡️ Collaborative Physician, NP & Support Team
• ⭐ Focus on Primary Care, Prevention & Health Promotion

🔹 Daily Responsibilities

The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary and urgent care for children ages 0–19, including history and physical examinations, well-child visits, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, preventive care, screenings, follow-up, and referrals. The physician will order and interpret appropriate labs and imaging, document patient encounters, coordinate care with physicians, NPs, nursing, pharmacy and laboratory staff, and participate in quality improvement and medical department activities.

🔹 Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Active, unrestricted California Medical License
• Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics
• Active DEA Registration
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid California Driver’s License
• 2+ years ambulatory care experience preferred
