Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join a thriving, established primary care practice in Milford, DE. You will be joining a supportive team consisting of 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare for infants, children, and adolescents.
Schedule & Call

Clinic Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

On-Call: Nurse Triage handles first-line after-hours calls when the clinic is closed, minimizing physician call burden.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality primary outpatient care to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence.

Lead a multidisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive, coordinated medical care.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, specialists, and support staff.
Requirements

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Pediatrics.

Licensure: Eligible for an active, unrestricted Delaware State Medical License and DEA registration.
