🏥 Job Overview: Locum Pediatrician | Florence, Oregon
Critical access, level III hospital is seeking an immediate Board Certified Pediatrician or Family Practice physician to cover inpatient gaps.
📍 Role Details
- Setting: 21-bed inpatient facility; working solo with tele-neonatology support.
- Patient Volume: Average of 1 patient per day and 6–7 births per month.
📞 Call Schedule & Compensation
- Shifts: 24-hour call shifts.
- Expectations: Anticipated callback 1–2 nights per week.
- Structure: 4 hours gratis included; 1.25x for OT; 1.5x for Holidays.
🛠️ Clinical Requirements
- Procedures: Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP Certification required).
- EMR: EPIC.
- Experience: Must provide case logs or quality profiles from the last 24 months demonstrating inpatient/outpatient pediatric services.
