Job description
We are seeking a Pediatrician for a locum tenens position in Venice, California. This is an outpatient clinic opportunity within a multi-site community clinic network, with a home base between one to two locations. Please see below for more information.
- Epic EMR
Job Responsibilities
• Manage a patient panel spanning pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Carry an average daily census of approximately 18 patients
• Deliver care to a largely Spanish-speaking patient population
• Coordinate care with medical assistants, RNs, LVNs, and on-site behavioral health
• Practice with established clinical proficiency in outpatient pediatric and primary care management
Qualifications
• Active California medical license
• DEA
• Epic EMR proficiency
• BLS
• ACLS
Working Hours
Alternating start times of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
One to two evening shifts per week
Some flexibility for 12-hour shifts depending on location
Full-time and part-time coverage both considered
No call
