Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive consultations and collaborate with primary care providers to ensure holistic patient care for children and adolescents.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within our multi-disciplinary, patient-centered medical home model.
- Contribute to community outreach and screenings to expand our pediatric services.
- Assist with case management and patient surveys to uphold our quality assurance standards.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in pediatric care.
- Graduation from an accredited medical school with current licensure to practice in New York State.
- Board-certified or board-eligible status.
