We are seeking a Pediatrician for a full-time locum tenens position in Apple Valley, California, at an outpatient clinic. Locums-to-perm option available. Please see below for more information.
- Outpatient clinic (St. Mary High Desert Medical Group – Apple Valley Pediatrics)
- Full-time outpatient pediatrics; no call, clinic only
- Average 25 patients per day (schedule accounts for a high no-show rate)
- Epic EMR
- No privileges needed — provider can start once access is set up
- Locums-to-perm option if a mutual fit; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Job Responsibilities
• See an average of 25 patients per day
• Work 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month (Monday–Friday)
• No call — clinic only
• Serve a high-demand clinic in a socioeconomically challenged community
Qualifications
• Active California license required
• DEA required; BLS required
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
• Credentialing timeframe: 1 day (no privileges needed)
