Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pediatrician

• ASAP start preferred

• Candidates seeking a 2028 start cannot be considered

• General pediatrics position

• Join an established team of two pediatricians

• Clinic schedule: Monday–Friday with one half-day off each week

• Approximately 10 days of call per month, including one weekend per month

• Clinic patient volume averages 20–25 patients per day

• Hospital delivers approximately 700 babies annually

• Level II nursery

• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available

• Independent, not-for-profit, 268-bed acute care hospital

• Serves a 12-county, two-state region across North Central Arkansas and South Central Missouri

• Competitive base salary plus production bonus opportunity

• Starting bonus of up to $40,000 OR potential eligibility for the Arkansas Community Match Program
