Bilingual Pediatrician (Spanish) – PT or FT

Total Compensation Range: $180k-$210k

We're partnering with a well-established community healthcare organization on Long Island seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its growing primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to care for a diverse patient population while working in a collaborative environment that values prevention, education, and whole-person care.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform routine well-child visits, developmental screenings, and preventive health examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
• Administer and monitor immunizations in accordance with recommended vaccination schedules.
• Educate parents and caregivers on child development, nutrition, safety, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyles.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies to support clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and care coordinators to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care programs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active or eligible for New York medical licensure.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• One to two years of pediatric experience preferred, although motivated new physicians are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to provide occasional coverage at nearby practice locations as needed.
