Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
* Eligible for or currently holding an active Oregon medical license.
* DEA certification required.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
