Assignment Details
Start Date: August 1, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: Shared 1:3 beeper call with 30-minute response time
Volume: Approximately 7 patients per day
Setting: Inpatient
Support: RN support and office staff
EMR: Cerner and Athena
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Clinical Details
Required Scope: Inpatient pediatric care, newborn ventilation management, neonatal intubation, UVC/UAC placement, needle decompression for pneumothorax
Preferred Scope: Chest tube placement, circumcisions, minor laceration repair
Excluded Scope: Pediatric ventilation management beyond newborns, conscious/deep sedation, central and arterial lines
Requirements
BC/BE Pediatrics
Active Oklahoma medical license
ABLS
ACLS
ATLS
BLS
PALS
