- Full Time
- Hours: Flexible scheduling options

- Average Patients seen: 20-24
- Call Schedule: Call is shared regionally and very limited. Outpatient only. About 4-6 weeks per year
- Compensation: Base salary up to $220,000, based on experience - Bonuses up to 20% of annual compensation
