What You’ll Do
- Provide respiratory therapy services to adult patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment
- Document patient care activities accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Follow facility protocols and safety guidelines
What You Need
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or acute care experience
- Strong patient assessment skills and teamwork orientation
- Ability to work night shifts reliably
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
