Permanent Pediatric Physician Opportunity in Lewiston, ID
Position Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join an established outpatient pediatric practice within a regional medical center. This is a full-time employed opportunity with a stable patient base, experienced support staff, and a well-established clinical team.
Practice Details:
Full-time employed pediatric position
Outpatient clinic setting with established patient panel
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday 8a–5p
Flexible schedule: 36 patient care hours + 4 administrative hours weekly
Call: 1:6 rotation
Average patient volume: 25–30 patients per day
Practice setting includes 5 pediatricians plus RN, MA, and administrative support staff
Dedicated vaccine coordinator (VFC program support)
Opportunity due to planned retirement of long-standing physician (late 2027)

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $250K plus wRVU production incentive or pure production model
$50K sign-on bonus
