Practice Details
* Private pediatric group with strong community presence
* Sole pediatric provider group in the area
* 4-day workweek
* 1:5 call schedule
* Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient pediatric care
* Pediatric unit: 6 beds with average stays of 2–3 days
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive pediatric care (newborn through adolescence)
* Manage both outpatient visits and inpatient pediatric admissions
* Perform routine wellness exams and treat acute illnesses
* Coordinate care with hospital staff and specialists
* Ensure continuity of care and patient/family education
Practice Environment
* Newly renovated pediatric office connected to the hospital
* Dedicated space separating sick visits from well visits
* Collaborative, team-oriented culture
* Strong support from experienced physicians and staff
Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
* Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania

Compensation & Benefits
