Job Title: Pediatrician – Outpatient with Newborn Rounding

Location: Georgia (Southeast Region | Short Drive to Coastal Metro)

Position Overview

Well-established, physician-supported practice is seeking a Pediatrician (experienced or new graduate) to join a growing team. This is a solo pediatric role within a multi-provider group, offering strong referral support and a balanced clinical lifestyle.

Practice Details

• Solo Pediatrician within an 8-provider group
• Strong built-in referral base from OB providers
• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekend clinic hours
• 20–25 patients per day
• Newborn rounding required
• Admit to local community hospital
• Level I Nursery (~180 annual deliveries)
• Cover emergency C-sections/deliveries only upon OB request (rare)
• Access to Level III NICU at nearby tertiary facility

Call Schedule

• 1:3 call rotation
• Shared with Family Practice physician
• Very light call volume

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 Base Salary + Production Bonuses
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000 (State Rural Health Program)
