• We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatrician to provide comprehensive healthcare to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.
• This role includes both outpatient clinical care and inpatient hospital responsibilities.
• The ideal candidate will deliver patient-centered, high-quality care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform physical exams, developmental screenings, and diagnostic evaluations
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Ensure continuity of care across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Participate in inpatient pediatric care and on-call coverage
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
• Engage in quality improvement and professional development activities
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and treatment plans
Qualifications
• Completion of accredited Pediatric Residency
• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible Washington State medical license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience in outpatient pediatrics or rural healthcare preferred
Working Hours
• Clinic Hours: Typically Monday – Friday
• Inpatient and call coverage: evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage both inpatient and outpatient care
