- Traditional pediatrics: outpatient/inpatient
- 100+ bed hospital – Level 2 Nursery – NICU
- Hospital: 700-800 deliveries/yr
- $1M+ over 3-year contract (base + RVUs)
- 4.5-day work week: Avg. 20-25 patients per day
