We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join a supportive, community-focused healthcare team in Montana. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a low-volume, patient-centered environment where the focus is on quality care, continuity, and meaningful relationships with families—not production metrics.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 4.5 days per week (primarily daytime clinic hours)

• Call: Only 5–7 days per month (primarily phone-based)

• Patient Volume: 12–18 patients per day

• Practice Model: No RVUs, no pressure to increase volume

• Setting: Outpatient clinic with hospital collaboration

Practice Details

• Four 8-hour clinic days per week

• One half-day for charting and/or patient care

• Low-stress, relationship-driven care model

• Collaborative environment with Family Practice and OB/GYN providers

Additional Clinical Responsibilities

• Participate in pediatric call (5–7 days/month max) via phone consultation

• Support newborn care, including discharging newborns when on call

• Hospital averages ~60–70 deliveries per year

• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000+ Annual Salary (W-2)

• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000
