Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Opportunity in Ashland, KY
A leading regional healthcare system serving eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a growing and collegial behavioral health team. This is a full-time employed opportunity offering excellent compensation, strong support, and a high-demand patient population.
Practice Details
Full-time employed Child & Adolescent Psychiatry position
Join an established team of psychiatrists and advanced practice providers
Outpatient-focused practice in a large, supportive clinic setting
Growing patient volumes with strong community need
Integrated health system with EPIC EMR
Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat child and adolescent psychiatric conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with psychiatrists, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
Provide patient and family education and support
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Support & Resources
Established team including 5 psychiatrists and APP support
Strong referral network across a 750,000+ service area
Integrated behavioral health services within a large health system
Modern facilities with recent campus expansion
Compensation & Benefits
$400,000 salary guarantee plus wRVU productivity incentives

Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure
Strong clinical and communication skills
