Locums | Pediatrics | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Lebanon, MO Why This Role * Mix of inpatient and outpatient care with nursery and ER coverage * Full support staff provided for locum coverage * Opportunity to perform a variety of pediatric procedures, including newborn and ED care * EMR system: Epic Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call * Schedule: 10 days per month, including Friday 7A – Monday 7A call coverage * Patients per Day: 1-5 per shift * Call Details: Beeper, 15-minute response time * EMR: Epic Requirements * Board Certified in Pediatrics * Active Missouri license * ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP * Clean history Clinical Details * Scope: Inpatient and outpatient pediatric care, including nursery and ED consults * Typical Procedures: * Rounding on newborns and pediatric patients * Attending deliveries and well-baby nursery coverage * Circumcision * ED consults, stabilization, and transfers for high-acuity cases * Non-invasive ventilation management (Neo-Puff) * Ventilation management for newborns and pediatric patients * Intubation (ETT/NT) * Conscious and deep sedation * Central line, arterial lines, UVC, UAC * Lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis * Chest tube insertion, needle pneumothorax decompression * X-ray and EKG interpretation * Exchange transfusion, suturing minor lacerations Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
