- Top-rated RTC located just one hour north of Philadelphia
- Longstanding, supportive private charity seeks FT Pediatrician
- Treating patients ages 8-18 in residential treatment facility
- This is primarily an IN PERSON role (*not tele-psych*)
- However, some work from home days may be possible for best fit
- Treating 5-10 patients per day
- Flexible times dictated by provider for reach of these appointments
- Work 5x8s or 4x10s weekly, flexible schedule is possible
- Robust team includes MDs, pediatric consultants handle physical meds
- Family clinicians, therapists, residential staff, nursing, case managers, etc.
- Stipend for DEA, CME, licensure via professional development fund
- Generous time off: 4 weeks vacation, 7 personal, 15 sick, 6 paid holidays
- Base $175,000 - $200,000 + full benefits + relocation up to $7,500
- Shared on call is paid extra and adds approximately $15K-$20K to base
