✨Must have an active Arizona license or IMLC, DEA, PALS, BLS
✨Must be Board Certified
✨Monday – Friday outpatient Setting, 40 hrs per week, no weekends
✨Locum contract, 3 months to start with option to extend
✨Weekly Pay & Malpractice Insurance Covered
