- Collaborative Care Model: Practice alongside a sophisticated team of 47+ providers across multiple specialties, including 5 pediatricians and 2 advanced practitioners.
- Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Manage a diverse patient panel ranging from routine wellness and sports physicals to complex chronic care, supported by in-house pediatric psychology and social work for true wraparound care.
- Operational Excellence & Support: Experience administrative relief with Suki AI scribing, Navena VBC documentation tools, and a dedicated 1:1 MA ratio, allowing you to focus entirely on your patients.
- Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a predictable schedule including a 4-day week and shared call rotation (1:5).
