Pediatrician Opportunity – Community Health Clinic
Location: Leavenworth, KS - Kansas City 30m

Position Overview
Seeking a Pediatrician to join a patient-centered medical team providing comprehensive care to children from birth through adolescence. The physician will play a key role in supporting the health, growth, and development of pediatric patients while working collaboratively with nurses, care teams, and community resources.
This position offers the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population while helping advance preventive care and coordinated healthcare services for families in the community.
Qualifications / Candidate Requirements
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Completion of an accredited 3-year Pediatrics residency program
* Board Certified in Pediatrics
* Eligible for or currently holding medical licensure in Kansas or Missouri
* Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS) certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care
Position Highlights / Opportunity Highlights
* Provide pediatric care for patients from birth through adolescence
* Conduct physical examinations and diagnose pediatric illnesses and conditions
* Develop preventive health plans and wellness strategies for pediatric patients
* Prescribe medications and administer or delegate immunizations
* Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate care
* Support training and expanded clinical roles for nursing staff
* Participate in developing programs to ensure comprehensive pediatric care
