We are urgently hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time opportunity with a community-based healthcare organization. This role offers a competitive salary range of $159,000 – $187,000 annually, along with a collaborative, mission-driven care environment. Under the supervision of a physician, the Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population while working closely with an integrated, multidisciplinary care team.
Job Responsibilities
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under physician supervision
• Conduct physical examinations, review medical histories, and monitor patient vitals
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care team members
• Provide preventive care, health education, and community-based healthcare services
• Educate patients on disease management, medications, prevention, and treatment compliance
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• Collaborate with behavioral health, wellness, and medical colleagues to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide coverage for other clinicians as needed
Qualifications
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in California
• Active NCCPA board certification required
• Current DEA registration
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Tagalog, Farsi, or Vietnamese preferred
